I Need Help Converting a Recipe >VG<

Okay, here's the deal.

As some of you know, I make my own soft drinks (soda/pop/whatever your area calls it). Just search "Beverage Business" in the USM Search to find my stories about it.

I have a recipe for 20 fl oz. that I need to be converted to 2 lt. I converted most of the recipe, but there's one part I'm stuck on.

I need to convert 3/4 tsp. from a 20 fl oz. recipe to a 2 lt. recipe

Does anybody know how to do such?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Date: 4/25/2003 9:23:00 PM  From Authorid: 13119    8 fluid ounces = 250 mil so, 2 lts = 2000 mil. 20 fluid ounces = 625 mil so, 1 ounce = 31.25 mil. so, 2000 mil / 31.25 = 64 ounces. so, 64 / 20 = 3.2 so, 3/4 x 3.2 = 2.4 tsp. how is that for confaluted.
