best friend problem

My best friend has been doing drugs a lot lately and it keeps getting worse. She's changed so much and I've been trying to help her and make her stop and I told her how I felt about it and now I think she hates me. She won't talk to me or anything. My question is will she ever stop doing drugs? and will we ever be good friends again? please answer asap! I don't know what to do. Thanx! *hugs* :)
