ATM Questions (Kinda long) *PunkStarChik*

I went over to Target today so I could pay off my Target credit card bill. I didn't have the cash and they only accepted cash or check or whatever there. Some weird reason they don't let you pay with your credit card.

It was less than 10 minutes before the store was closing and I had to take cash out with the ATM they had there. I put my card in and all but I accidently put the wrong pin number in there. So it gave me my reciept and I tried again.

This time I did put the right pin number and I wanted to take out $100.00 because my Target bill was $75.00. After I asked to take out the money, it didn't do anything. It just went back to the main menu. It didn't give me my money or my reciept.

I started to worry that it took the $100.00 out of my account since the stupid ATM didn't give me a message or anything saying why I didn't get my money. So then I drove over to my bank to get a mini statement and it says that the $100.00 wasn't taken out.

I was still worried because what if it didn't update until tomorrow. So then I went home and called the bank and checked my statement on there also. Still said that the money wasn't taken out.

I'm kinda worried that it took the money out of my account. Has this ever happened to you? This is normal, right? I rarely use the ATM. I hate using the ATM acutally. Do you think that it didn't take my money out?

Also, the ATM gives a fee of $1.50. Does it only give you a fee if you take money out or when you use the ATM at all? Since I Didn't get any money out, I'm hoping that it didn't charge me 3 bucks because I had used it twice.

If it did take the $100.00 bucks out without me getting it, what do I do? I do have the first reciept that I got when I put my pin number in wrong but not the second time. Has anyone ever had problems with the ATM like this?
