I just recently highlighted my hair too! But I used Clairol ... I don't really know what to say because I am not good in the hair department. I guess you could buy some other highlights or like you said just get some sun in! Hope you fix it! |

go down find your natural colour in a semi permenant or a permenant and re-dye your hair.. then leave it alone for 6 months... |

Did you JUST recently do it?? There is a way to get rid of the color if you just put it in, say, today or yesterday. You can wash your hair with Palmolive, the dish soap...but I'm not sure if you're supposed to put it in and rinse it out like normal shampoo, or let it sit in your hair overnight. Sorry! But I hear Palmolive does get rid of the color. You can also buy a new highlighting kit and just work over it. I wouldn't recommend Sun-in though. I used that stuff before and it turned my hair kind of orange-ish. Anyways, good luck with whatever you decide to do |

Oh yeah, and I wouldn't recommend bleach either. It screws the heck out of your hair!! You'll know whether it's a bleach hair-color or not, because they always come in powder instead of liquid. Hope this helped some |

That's why I always tell people not to ever use at home dye kits. They are just not worth it and you don't know what kind of reaction your particular hair type will have to it. I learned my lesson the hard way, and had to get all my hair cut off twice because of bleaching (NEVER use Blondissima!) I finally have very long, healthy hair, and I would never go near the hair dye aisle again. Who cares if it's cheaper? It's not worth the risk of losing your hair! Do not even try to fix this yourself, even if you call the hotline number on the box (I did it, it did not work, only made things worse) make an appointment with a good hairstylist |

Start over hunny! Your hair didnt take to the dye. Either put more liquid on the bottom or get in done professionaly. |

My friend used that same highlighting kit that you used and it did the same thing to her. The top of her head was like REALLY LIGHT and the rest of it stayed the same. She just wore her hair up till it grew out LOL but I think a hairstlyist would be the best route!! 80) |
