There was one that supposedly happened here locally a few years ago: A lady was eating at a Chinese restaurant and felt a sharp pain in the back of her leg, kind of like getting a splinter. Later that night, she became very sick and was taken to the hospital where she later died. The police investigated the restaurant and found that the bamboo chair in which she had been sitting contained several baby cobras. Aparently, the eggs were laid there shortly before it was cut and dried and made into a chair.........  |

I heard this one where there were spider eggs on an envelope and when this girl licked the envelope to close it, she cut her tounge. Later, her tounge kept swelling so they had to cut it open and there was a spider in her tounge!! Or..wait...maybe it was a cockroach...I cant remember.  |

Here are some good Spider Urban Legends, I have also listed weather it is true or not. 1) the one where Spiders are in people's hair,(False) 2) another is the Toliet spider, where a deadly venomous spider hangs around a toliet ready to bite people. (False) 3) The Daddy Long Leg, being the most poisonous spider (False) 4) The Date Rape Spider (False) 5) Spider webs are stronger than steal per thickness (True) 6) Black Widows in Grapes (True) 7) A Tranuala can amputate it's own legs and have legs grow back (True) 8) Spider eggs in envelope (False) 9) Spiders in most cases will only bite if make contact with web, or spider gets lodge in your clothing, or bed sheets (True) 10) The case where a girl gets a zit, where it is a case of spider eggs, and last out all over her with baby spiders (False).
