I wish I knew....sometimes I feel like that too...I felt like it just today in fact...what a coink-i-dink! But I guess, what helps for me, is just keep in mind that tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it and nothing bad in it...I just try to stay cheerful even when I'm depressed...talk with a friend or a parent or SOMEONE to get your feelings out...maybe write in a journal...oh and when you smile it gives you endorphins which make you happy--so try smiling like right now and think of something that makes you happy--stop worrying over what your are now and just forget about it all for a minute. and forget the stress...you can get back to it later when you are rested and have a clearere mind...why not try some yoga too while your at it? ;o) I hope you feel better soon |

Oh God, I've been there, too. I used to miss many days of school, even weeks at a time, because I was so upset all the time. And my excuse was always that I had a headache, or I didn't feel well so I could home. Looking back, I think it was that I was keeping all my problems and insecurities inside and then dwelling on them. I feel that it would to be your benefit to see a counsellor and see what they say. This sounds alot like me. And it also sounds alot like depression. There have been many days where I have went to school in tears. I may not understand what your situation is, but I do understand how you feel. I have missed many days of school because of my depression. But luckily I'm still hanging on to finish my degree. sweety i know how you feel infact today, no actually all this week i have felt like this....today because of it i wagged like 2 classes, and last week i wagged about 15 because i felt so bad....and i only have 25 classes in a week! what you have to do is talk to someone...seriously if you are feeling this sad it wont be long before it gets worse...luckily there is a lot of help for you! I am 16 i dont know how old you are and at the moment i am going through a lot of stuff, but luckily for me i have found a person whom i can talk to whenever i need too, like today i felt like a dick but i talked to them like 3 times, and like i talked to a teacher for like an hour and a half. even though you may find it really hard to concentrate jsut think that soon it will be over and that everything will be ok in the end! I wish you all the luck, but i really hope that you do have someone to talk to because it really helkps....it may be the scariest thing that you ever do, but in the end it is for the best! *hugz* keep well! Be honest not only to yourself but to your friends as well! if you feel sad let them know, if you feel happy put a smile on yopur face! hope everything gets better....im sure it will! *hugz* |
