to experience and recognize

in their purest forms,
and an unseen hand pauses

to touch your brow
and smooth away the uncertainty
and fear.
some of us call this hand an angel.

when an angel touches you,
you are left with
a feeling of peace,
a message of hope,
and a brighter life.
