My Angel

I have an angel that sits at my side.
Some say she doesn't exist, but she does inside.
She doesn't have a name,
But she loves me just the same
In my hours of need,
She always shows me a good deed.
When all of my hope is gone,
She reminds me of how beautiful life can be, like watching the sun at dawn
When my comfort is lost,
In my ear she whipsers, "I will always be near and love you at no cost"
She watches over me night and day,
And no matter what, she listens to everything I say.
My angel doesn't judge,
Nor does she hold a grudge.
She encourages me to do my best,
And to never listen to the rest.
She is constantly saying, "Well done",
And it makes me feel warm like the rays of the sun.
People may say angels aren't real,
I only wish they could feel what I feel.
Then, they would see that angels are heaven's treasures,
Sent to us to teach us of all of life's pleasures.
