Well, I grew up during the 80s in Chicago and I used to go to Licoln Park Zoo(it was and still is free), and North Avenue Beach, which is a section of the lake.One attraction that they didn't have then was Navy Pier. I don't think that the Taste of Chicago was around yet, either.  |

Wow Chicago has a ton!...We've got the Field museum, The museum of Science and Industry, the Shedd Aquarium, the Art Institute, Navy Pier, Grant Park, the not-yet completed Millenium park, not to mention famous architects, landmarked houses, the list goes on and on......  |
