I put my hands about a centimeter away from my temples, then did the meditation, pushing golden energy from my head to my hands and making it grow in the space between. Then I made it flow like blood through my body.  |

Visualize it with your eyes closed. Plus, this is off topic, but can you hear a tv's electric signals, because I can hear that high-pitched ringing/screeching sound. |
