(1/29/03 -- Rockvill, MD) — There was a moon over Manassas, and now a DJ is in trouble with the law.
Disc jockey "Teapot Tim" Coburn is shown baring his butt behind a "Welcome to Manassas" sign on a northern Virginia highway. Coburn works for a station in Rockville, Maryland.
He was charged with indecent exposure. But he's struck a deal with prosecutors to avoid the maximum sentence of 12 months in jail. If a judge accepts the agreement, charges could be dismissed provided Coburn stays out of trouble for a year.
