I'm lying here sick to my stomach again,
The anxiety just kicked in,
I'm crying so hard I can barly catch my breath,
Thinking that feeling like this is worse than death,
I keep saying to myself, please go away, please go away,
But that doesn't help, it continues to stay,
I feel my heartbeat in my throat,
My head feels so light it could darn**(edited) near float,
The feeling is starting to leave me and move on,
So glad that its almost gone.
*Ah, good ole' venting..i hoped you understood it , if you didn't its alright ..alot of people i let read it didn't ...so i hope you do ...:)

When that stuff hits me, I drop down and give myself about 50-100 push-ups. That usually gets my mind off it. Of course, we may be talking about two entirely different kinds of anxiety. Good expression. Write on...
