Sometimes I hate my mind....what about you?.....by HaqZombie

Sometimes I can't stand what my mind is doing to me. I am going to have a nervous breakdown sometime, I'm not kidding, I just know it. Sometimes (most of the time) my mind is going so fast I can't keep up with it all. Strangely enough though, when I do commit my mind to something, I do great at it. I think of things that others won't even consider. People don't call me a genius, however they do say to me that I think differently than others. I'm not sure what that means though. But when I just let my mind wander, I almost can't stop. It's freaky. And all the while, I have a song in my head. I can hear it as well as if I had headphones on. Not the same song, but always something different. When my wife and I first met, I told her about this annoying little thing, and for like 6 months out of nowhere she would ask me what song is in my head. Sometimes it surprised her. Sometimes rock, sometimes classical, sometimes even country(YUCK!). I don't know, I saw a post earlier and I just thought that I would post this. Feel free to post your thoughts(if you can keep up with them.)

Date: 1/8/2003 9:14:00 AM  From Authorid: 54826    I sometimes hear songs in my head too, almost like there was a band or something inside my head. It's kinda freaky but cool too Often I can't control my mind and I think about all sorts of weird stuff that I don't really won't to think about... But I guess that's pretty normal, right? so, what song are you hearing right now?? *noopzie*
Date: 1/8/2003 9:16:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 31997    The song in my head right now is "Voodoo People" by Prodigy. It's off of the "Hackers" soundtrack.
Date: 1/8/2003 9:17:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 31997    Whoops. Now it's changed. Now it's that classical song off of Star Wars Episode I. It's the song where Darth Maul and Qui-Gon Jinn are fighting.
Date: 1/8/2003 9:19:00 AM  From Authorid: 53478    My mind does that sometimes, I'll start daydreaming or letting my mind wander and I just can't snap out of it...Oh well, that reality is better than this one! LOL!

Date: 1/8/2003 9:44:00 AM  From Authorid: 50864    My mind is always going at warp speed in about a zillion directions. I have spent countless sleepless nights as my mind races from tangent to tangent And I often get songs in my head from TV themes to hymns
