When the night comes, when darkness prevails
She again seizes reign, while I scream and wail
When the night comes, when all hope dies away,
Tomorrow becomes but a dream...
And thus begins my decay.
When the night comes, when the stars shine their eyes
It is your turn to flee, and our turn to rise.
When the night comes, when all that is good dies
The truth is thus revealed; I shall put an end to all lies!
When the night comes, when I finally give in
I embrace my true nature to live a life full of sin
When the night comes, when all hell breaks loose,
She becomes my tormentor, and yet she remains my muse.
When the night comes, when she takes all control,
The heavens give a cry;it has lost another soul.
When the night comes, when we reunite as one
We become everything: the stars, the moon, and even the sun.
Alas...our reign of terror has begun!
But when the night melts away,
And when my innocence is gone.
When tomorrow becomes today
I shy away from the evil that I've done.
