Im stuck doing homework AGAIN!I went into an AOL Homework Chat but you know AOL is useless and never helpful so I come to USM hoping the USMers will fill me up with some knowledge.Well it's on the book Johnny Tremain and here are my questions!!!!!

1.Why are the colonists so opposed to the new tax on tea?

2.Why'd Johnny tell the subscribers to the "Eight Shillings are due for your paper"

3.What are two leaders of the 'Observers Club' and list four other members

4.Why is Paul Revere the last one Johnny tells about the upcoming meeting?

I really need help!!!

Date: 12/18/2002 5:51:00 PM  From Authorid: 55755    Ok, I do not want to sound rude, especially since I don't know any of those answers, either. But, then, I never read the book. Of course, if this is for school, don't you think you should try to find the answers out yourself? I do understand, tho, that the answers are sometimes hidden within the book and you may not be able to readily find it. I'd probably help if i could, too. Sorry

Date: 12/18/2002 6:40:00 PM  From Authorid: 23610    I found a site with Cliff Notes for Johnny Tremain. It seems to be pretty good. It looks like you can find the answers to these questions there....for instance...it says that "Eight Shillings are due for your paper" was a code to let members know that the Observers were meeting that night. Check the site out.... http://www.bookrags.com/notes/jt/
