This story hasn't been passed down for too long, but it's told often whenever we're at my grandma's lake house. My grandfather liked to use this story to point out how stupid people can be. The story goes that one day, two relatives of mine (i'm not sure who lol) were going to swim across the lake to the beach on the other side. Well, then apparently one of them got tired when he was more than half way there and actually turned back and swam back to the house. lol That's pretty much it i think. My grandmother likes to tell how her parents met on the boat over from England. Not too many stories, but oh well. lol I know what you mean about how these stories are interesting though, do you have any?  |

I have heard over and over and over again how my family descended from King Henry the Orange or something like that..LOL...It was something my Grandmother used to LOVE to brag about to anyone that would listen..Who the heck is King Henry the Orange anyway??  |
