My heart races
my palms are sweaty
goosebumps spread all over
it is time to tell you how I feel
I look into your eyes
as the room gets warmer
my knees get weak
my feet dissapear
my legs turn to jelly
my hands are shaking
my fingertips tingle
my chest gets heavy
my neck gets hot
my mouth is dry
it's hard to breathe
my head is spinning
a thousand words run through my mind
What do I say?
What should I do?
I lift a shaky hand
and brush the hair off my neck
I am looking right into you
It is just you and me now
I open my mouth
but nothing comes out
I search for the right words to say
the words roll off my tounge uneasily
