Anyone know of ways to lose weight?

I am 15 years old and i weigh 135lbs and i'm 5'4". I know it probably doesn't seem like i need to lose weight since i'm in the right range for my age and my height, but i really want to lose it! So if anyone knows of any ways to get these unwanted pounds off.. lemme know please!! =)

Drink a lot of cranberry juice too. I eat Healthy choice prepackaged meals but you are young to be doing that. Walk a lot. Walking helps. Good luck

Eat a lot less or no sweets, and stay away from red meat. I am 14, 5'3", and weigh 120(probably gained some over Thanksgiving though). I lost 8 pounds doing this last May, and I wasn't even trying to lose weight-just trying to be healthy. What ever you do, don't stop eating-that's the worst thing you could do. Oh yeah-cut out the soft drinks and drink about 5 glasses of water a day. Hope this helps   
Date: 12/4/2002 11:53:00 AM  From Authorid: 59163    well, im a guy so i usually gain the most in the gut area. what works for me is fasting, and at least 60 pushups and situps a day. 30 in the morning 30 in the evening. do something like that for 2 monthes and you'll have noticable results. (eat when dizzy of course, or when taking pills, im sick right now and my antibiotics make me ill without food).*dagon*
