Sleep

Hi Everyone... I had a quick question. Some of my friends and I have been so tired lately, because we haven't gotten much sleep. Most of us have been up late studying for tests and doing homework. I was just wondering if anybody had any advice on how to not feel so tired? Or, does anybody have any advice on how to stay awake while pulling some of those "almost" all-nighters? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I have two weeks until finals, and after finals it's all over, and we get three weeks off! So until then, any tips would help on the sleep thing. Thanks! :) ~*~MusicalNight~*~

This is what I used to do when I had loads of studing and HW: I would get home from school, then I would rest for about an hour or so and get a snack or something. Then I would work in blocks. Maybe i would take an hour for one subject and a half hour for another (depending on the length of the assignment) then I would take a quick break (10 maybe 20 minutes) then start up again. Take one subject at a time. Try to keep distractions at a low. I really hope this helps. Don't stress over it, it's not worth it. It's only SCHOOL for goodness sake. Good luck!! :-)
Date: 12/3/2002 5:54:00 AM  From Authorid: 61908    well, when I was in school I didn't really waste my time on studying I did just fine, but I am not suggesting that for anyone else, I am just a quick learner and didn't need to study. I would have to say try what evil gemini said..."the axeman"
