That is so sweet! If I remember right, you need to apply for a non profit license, this way you have something to show businesses etc. I would call your states city hall and get more information. :-)

check out your Chamber of Commerce... maybe at town hall or something and ask i don't think there is many problems becuase i know schools sell chocolates and such to help raise money same with sports they sell things...  |
