My Alarm Clock

This was so weird. I was going out with my cousin, and I was finishing getting ready. My alarm clock went off. It wasn't set or anything. Of course I didn't think much about it, and went to turn the button off, but it wasn't set for the alarm, and wouldn't stop beeping. I figured if I unplugged it and plugged it back in it would stop, so I done that. It still kept beeping after I unplugged it. So then I took the battery out, and it still kept beeping! I took the alarm clock apart, pulled out the wires, and the thing still kept on beeping. I freaked out, so I threw it in the trash where it still kept beeping. It was too weird for me, and I have no idea why it kept on beeping. Unexplainable. My cousin for vouch for the story, she was there in the room with me.

Date: 11/24/2002 7:23:00 PM  From Authorid: 61941    well i could give you sort of an explanation on why it kept ringing because in the circuitry of a clock there something called a capacitor which stores energy, and sometimes when a curcuit shorts it drain the energy from that until it's all depleated.
