I can help you. My way to OBE is just before bed. It works well. No, I won't cut you short. What you do after becoming comfortable is seeing a shaft of bright light shining on your face. I prefer to use rose-colored light, but use whatever color you'd like. Now feel your astral body bathing in this light, being pulled towards it. Now feel the light taper off, carrying your astral body into the air.  |

NOTE: You should also meditate using this type of breathing. Expel all air from the lungs. Now inhale for 4 seconds, hold for four seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for four seconds...you get the idea. Repeat this for 15 minutes, each breath taking in energy or flushing out used or excess energy. Close your eyes when doing this and the OBE.  |

Try chanting; aloud if possible...but silently at least. Try these chants: Aummmmm....aummmmmm....aummmm. Do this repetitivly for five minutes or longer (up to 15 minutes or longer if you like). You link the sounds together so there is a constant chain of sound. This chant is known to set up a vibratory level that is conducive to OBEs. You can also chant: aum mani padme hum....in the same way linking the last word with the first, over & over.  |

Another chant that can raise your vibes is: nam myoho renge kyo...this is also a chant where the last and first words of the phrase are linked together and repeated. These chants can really relax you and make your whole body tingle, & is conducive to OBEs.  |
