Well, i'd have to say that out of all these people, Mandy Moore and Jessica Simpson are my two favs. Like you said about Mandy Moore, she's classy and so is Jessica Simpson, which is why i like them, they have great voices but they act like themselves, i don't know, they just seem more down to earth.  |

interesting...my thoughts....Britney Spears - Britney may be the ultimate pop star and a mega superstar! but as for the pretty and talented part umm there could be some questions to answer for...she can't sing at all! Okay I will have my say . Britney is honestly awsome. I gotta give her credit. Her first cd wasnt great, but her second and third cd was awsome! No matter what people say she has a good voice, and is a great dancer and entertainer. Christina Aguleria is terrible! Her is your prime example of overprotected kids rebelling. She has a great voice but she overdoes it in her songs (we dont need 'ahhhhahhhahhhahh' on the end of every word ya know lol!) She also needs to stop this *insert word not appropriate on USM* act. I mean wash your hair, dye it decent, wear some clothes! I mean come on people you think britney dresses bad look at this girl! Mandy Moore is kewl too. I luv all her CD's and I mean she is talented. Her songs are wonderful too (I dont know who writes them or what...) She also is a pretty decent person in acting wise. Shes like a girl who just knew how to handle fame and people well. Jessica Simpson is a 2 and a half hit wonder lol :-p! Great voice but I mean you know your doomed (like christina) when your first single is a ballod. She had some good stuff though. And I hate the 'good minster daughter' act. Come on no decent christian would dress like her, and demand their nipples painted back into their CD cover! lol now for the one I wanted to rant on: Avril Lavgine! Can we say POSER?!? This girl has a really lame song it just seems to drag on forever and ever before she shuts up! Then 'sk8er boi'! Who is she trying to impress spelling like that? Everyone thinks shes so great cuz she 'writes her own songs' but people wake up! She only got co writing credits which means she coulda said 'he was a boy, she was a girl' and got all the credit! Also come on she strums the same chord in the 'complicated' video i honestly have never seen her play live with a guitar! And when she is live she cant sing worth a darn! She is a high school drop out, who needs anger managment classes, and some talent! I think that Jessica Simpson has the a much better voice than Britney. But because she doesn't show as mush as Briney or Christina has hurt her record sales. IMO. And as for Christina well maybe she had to act innocent because of what the record label wanted. Also she was 16 and so you really don't know yourself that well. And also she had to grow up fast so maybe that could be a few reasons why she dresses the way she does. I guess the same could go for Britney Spears. And I think Britney is a liar. She says she hasn't slept with Justin. Well I don't believe that. He went on a radio show and after the d.j.s bugging him he finally said that it was true that they had sex. And also that was the reason for their breakup. I think that she made it so obvious by having a press confrence to tell everyone she was still a virgin. And this will probably be deleted. I think people will get over the Christina change just like they got over the Briney change. Remember when she started dressing sexier. Well Christina is just dressing trashier. Britney! Britney has worked HARD for what she's got. She went from innocent to SEXY. SEXY, not TRASHY. She CAN sing, she can DEFINENTLY dance, she is SO sweet, and she's great in many other aspects! Well personally heres my opinion on how they handled fame: Britney took it okay. I mean its obvious it changed her, and now shes trying to rebel by swearing and drinking and trying to escape her image by trying to be 'grown up'. I think in the end fame will destory her because shes already on a downward sprial. Christina handle fame terrible! It almost killed her I believe! I mean she left for 2 years because she couldnt handle it. The way shes acting and dressing shows she still cant handle it and shes very insecure. Mandy I think handled it very well actually. You can tell shes herself, nobody else and that fame really doesnt have a scar on her like everyone else. Jessica Simpson didnt really know how to get fame. She just wasnt educated that way! She reallyt grasped for it but never got it so it really i dont think affected her much. And Avril...Its kinda early but lets put it this way, her world will come crashing down and she better learn how to say 'would u like fried with that?' cuz the public wont keep her much longer! |

For one minute tho, put yourself in Matrix's position, how would you react if you liked someone or were obsesed with someone, however you want to put it, then have that person be the center of these type of negative remarks. You probably wouldn't like it. As for the remarks towards Avril, how do you know the image she displays to the public is actually who she is? It's just like the internet. People act differently on the internet than they would in real life, most people anyway. And then there's the people that go around picking fights with people they think they know but have no idea who that person actually is. The ONLY person that is able to judge how someone is, would be the individual themselves. These kind of posts are uncalled for, and i realize it is your opinion, and your open to thinking whatever you feel you want to, but sometimes those opinions don't need to be heard. And i agree 100% with the comment, "it's on the inside that counts". You won't get anywhere in life being wrapped up on the outside of someone. In the end you'll find out, personality out does the outside. You just have to actually take the time to notice it. |
