Chapter 3-First Sign of Trouble
Alex and Bobby sat in their seat as the plane began to taxi. Alex noticed some flight attendants talking and they all seemed nervous. Funny, I thought they did this job before. Alex quickly took some notes and began to forget about it. Bobby was sketching a few horses on paper and Alex was hooking up his camcorder and CD player. Alex began to seem distrubed as the flight attendants ran around the plane and the plane lifted from the ground. Suddenly someone from behind Alex bumped him.
"Problems wit' this 'ere plane, lad," said the man.
"How 'ya know?" asked Alex as he turned to face the man.
"Your left.." said the man, pointing out Alex's window.
Alex quickly noticed a column of smoke rising from one of the engines. "Passengers, we have two of our 4 engines out. Please remain calm as we try to fix the problem." said the Pilot's Voice. Fix 2 broken engines... how do they propose to do that? Suddenly the plane jolted and a loud crack was heard. All 4 engines were out!!!
