He's 'using' me.......................lpf

Ok! During the summer break i was working and i earned quite a bit of money. Of course i spent quite anyhow....after that i had exactly 350 dollars left. I wanted to save it so i can keep it when i want to go out with my friends or go christmas shopping (soon). Anyhow... my brother and his friends decided to go on a little trip to this resort thing...and my brother for some reason had no money. he told me that he couldn't transfer his money from his account in asutralia (where he is studying) to here. but he told me he had the money, he just couldn't get it that day. OK, i lent him the 350 dollars and he told me that i should say NOTHING to my parents. ok i respect that...! one month later.... which is like now...i told him i need him to pay me back now or at least part of it, because some of my friends decided to go out and stuff. So i needed money. i of course have no money at all. today is thursday and i'm planning on going out on saturday evening. i told him yesterday that i want at least 50 dollars of it. i mean i'm the one who lent him the money, hence i should have the authorityto tell him to do so. i mean he did tell me he would pay me back a couple days after the trip which was like past three weeks ago. anyhow...i told him if i don't have the money by saturday monrning i won't be able to go out. i mean i don't want that. i mean i'm meeting some of my friends which i have not seen for two years so it's a big gathering...and were planning on going out for a big dinner and movie and stuff. i have no money no money no dinner out. i asked him again today he said tat he can't transfer the money over. i have a suspiciou feeling that he has no money, which makes me even more furstrated with him. i feel he cheated me because he had nothig to pay me back with ... now i can't even enjoy myself with my friends because of him. i told him i wouldn't tell my parents and i won't for two reasons a promise is a promise and second i know if i do tell them, he'll be so mad at me and all. so now i feel so manipualted and frustrated with him, because now i'm stuck in all of this when it's not even me! ughhhhh!
