My teacher told me this story. She swears up and down that it is true.
She said that she use to live in Denver or some place that started with a D, but she said that there was a one of many biker groups there called Hell's Angels. She said that she was only 19 and that her car ran out of gas a sharp curve. There was metal pipes on each side of the road, no way of turning. She said a man rode up beside her as she began walking for gas and asked if she needed a ride. She politely told him no and thanked him anyways. He kept insisting she got in the car. She said that she got a weird feeling that it was okay so she did. She said they never said a word as they drove toward the gas station about a mile away. She said she had no money for the gas but the gas station clerk said she could just pay later because she frequently came there. When she went outside he had money out and handed it to her. She hadn't told him that she had no money. She began walking away, after taking the money and paying, when he asked her to get back into the truck. She told him again that she would be fine. But he talked to her into getting in once again. They didn't speak a word until the got to her car. She said that he made a funnel out of paper and put the gas into her car and then he made sure she would be fine. She turned around to find a piece of paper to write his name and adress on to send him the money but when she turned around he was gone! Vehicle and all. She said she didn't hear a thing and he couldn't turn around because of the pipes. Also she couldn't recall what kind of car it was nor what he looked like. She couldn't even remember what the man was wearing. How it changed my life:It made me wonder...maybe the guy was her angel.
