Call the Police! It sounds like this kid is worse than a bully and needs to spend some time in Juvi. Forget small steps, he needs to be stopped and soon. And your principal can get in major trouble for not reporting this kid themself. Erin- ![]() |

That jerk sounds like a menace. Forget his parents their probably most of his problem.( Now he's other peoples problem) Get to the police. You have a right to attend school without living in terror. Tell the Police the steps you've already taken and how it has been ignored. There has been zero tolerence for bullying in schools but apparantly not where you are. Good Luck. ![]() |

Oh man! I hate these big bullies..When really there's not much to them, they've just got to have that attention and usually their home life is a mess..My oldest daughter had this same problem..But the guy doing it was real slick..I went to the school for meeting, Went stright by the rules..Finally it hit me,"Your following all the rules and your child is being punished for it".It was time to take matters into my own hands! And I did ! I sent my daughter to school with a small tape recorder in her pocket. The next morning I was sitting in the Board of Education office with threats made to my daughter by this guy..Needless to say I was upset at having to do the schools job...But I got the job done and the guy was exspelled..Oh by the way taking recorders to school was against the rules, but after I finished telling them the times my daughter had reported this guy and nothing was done, I had every right to protect her. ![]() |

Set this bully up. Get five or ten of your friends to hide out, then when the bully comes up, ambush him! Five or ten against one bully: perfect odds. If your school or his parents give you any guff just say, "I took all the right steps, and nobody would do anything. What else was I supposed to do?" --Arion1![]() |

You poor kid. You need to do what NanSassy did, then take it to a lawyer. This is NOT right. I am angry that noone is willing to help you, OR, You know what? Call the D.A. something the police said is not right. Tell him what the cop told you. I had a similar situation with a threatening neighbor and the police gave me a bunch of crap about not enough evidence, and I called the D.A. and had another cop on the case, he really helped and fined her, after talking to her. I hope this helps. In the meantime I will be in prayer for you. ![]() |

I got it! Since the Principal won't do anything, and the cops won't, then here's what you do: go to the local newspaper or TV station and tell them what's happening! Tell them about the two kids who've been hospitalized, and how no one is willing to do anything about this terrible bully. If you've been beaten up again, that's even better. You can show them your bruised and beaten face, and your story will be all over the state! Your Principal will be fired, the police will be embarrassed, and the bully will either be arrested or sent to another school! News people love stories like this! Go to every media source you can find: Newspapers, Radio, TV, even city websites! Keep bugging and yelling them until you get someone to listen to you! --Arion1 ![]() |
