Many years ago, me & a couple of buddies or two were driving around in my car. We had spent a considerable amount of time cruising around the back roads. Everything went well, and nothing unusual ocurred. Finally we decided to go and spend some time at my friends house. We turned into the driveway & and came to a stop. Suddenly there was a "thunk"....as the right wheel broke off the axel. I think it was a good thing for it to fall off just then & there, than somewhere out in the boondocks, while possible going at a much higher rate of speed.
