Chapter 2- Meeting BJ

Alex walked around and finally picked a first class seat. He sat down and realized there were not many others on. He looked up and the bulletin board flashed, "45 minutes until take-off." So, Alex got out his drawing pad and drew some pictures of horses.

As Alex drew, he noticed a little boy staring over his shoulder. The boy was short, blonde hair, little beady black eyes, and had the saddest look ever. "I've always liked horses." Say The Boy. Alex thought it was funny to just blurt out stuff, because Alex didn't like communicating with strangers. "Me to, I am going to ride some at my uncle's." Explained Alex, as he continued to draw a Black Stallion.

The boy came around and sit beside Alex. He allowed the boy to draw on some extra paper, and noticed he drew quite well. "What's your name?" Asked Alex. "Bobby James Stevenson." "But most people just call me BJ." "I'm Alex. I'm on my way to Virginia to my uncle's estate." "I am going to my father's place, my parents are divorced." BJ said, which seemed to have a frightened tone to it.

"So are mine, but you kinda get used to it!" Exclaimed Alex. As Alex glanced up, he noticed there were 5 minutes left until take-off. Talking with bobby sure was fun. As he finished drawing his Stallion and Bj finished with is his, they compared and liked each others. So they traded. Instantly they were friends.

As the plane began to taxi, Alex noticed the stewardess whispering and talking quietly yet urgently to the pilot. He thought nothing of it. But he would soon learn better.

Date: 3/17/2003 2:33:00 AM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 33927    I never finished it because I never get enough comments to fix anything or inspire me to write more so I gave up on fictional stories.
