There are a number of Lucid Dreaming sites on the web. Just go to google and do a search. The thing that worked for me was constant reality checks. You basically get in the habit of asking yourself, "Am I dreaming" as you go through your normal waking life. You get in the habit of doing this like every 10 minutes. Eventually, you will find yourself dreaming and you will ask the question and you will realize that indeed you are in a dream. It is definitely a very unique experience once you wake up in a dream... Have fun. |

do what wild bob said, but to remember about asking yourself if youre dreaming, write a star or something on your hand, and everytime you look at it ask yourself if youre dreaming |

the most important "rule" become lucid in the "real/awake life" first, then lucid dreams make the real world more lucid and lucid while awake keeps "bounching off each other" - helps it get stronger....any specific questions, ask me....love, |
