My stepmom was telling me about this lady who called into her work at the mall(she works at guest service). Well this lady asked if she could access the job notebook online and Jenn, my stepmom, told her she wasnt sure but she could check herself so she gave the lady the malls web address. So 20min later the lady calls back and says "It's not responding, whats wrong with my computer?" So Jenn tells her she doesnt know whats wrong w/ her computer and hangs up. About a 1/2 hour later the same woman calls back asking for the web address to Robinson's May and Jenn tells her she doesnt know the web address but to try typing Robinsons May into a search engine.
