...eeeeew...wouldn't laugh...its true. They scrape off all that sinew and bone cartilage and all that nasty stuff ya really don't wanna go near, toss in a bit of actually chicken meat so its still TECHNICALLY chicken...then they mince it all up, whack in some flavouring to heighten the taste of chicken, and a starch mixture to stick it all together and compress it all into nugget shapes. Oh...and Surimi...also known as 'Crab Meat'...really ain't crab either - you honestly don't wanna know what is in that stuff. Feeling hungry at all? LOL! |
