Wow.. that is a freaky thing to hear about.. I wonder if this kind of "game" these gangs play, is from watching too much television.. as things like this are plastered all over the place. I feel violence would drastically decrease, if people stopped watching television, or if the programs were more controlled as to what is allowed to be broadcasted. Television rots your mind with its ugliness sometimes.. and I truly believe that most violence and crime starts with someone seeing it done on television first. )-: |

I read about this legend in a book. In the book, it said that this legend has gone around just about every town and city over the last few years. The author has yet to find a case where it actually happened, but who knows.....people do mean things everyday. |

I've heard that one, and when my boyfriend does that to get people to turn on their lights, I get worried every single time. |

I've heard this story, only the people don't chase them around, the just roll up beside the person and shoot them... it's freaky. Erin- |

It happened a few times in my area. I never flash my lights. The other thing they would do is leave on their high beams and wait for someone to flash them. They would then chase them and shoot them. |

Well the lesson we learn from this story is not to flash your high beams at any who doesn't have them on. Leave them alone and they will leave you alone too. AngelGurl4ever |
