Slightly mixed up here trying to find a friends family. All I have is his name adopted name and his birth day and the place he was born and adopted/ not the place but the names of the towns. How do I GO about find the info. I already looked up A.L.M.A I thought it was a free registration where you just went up and put your name in. Does anyone know anything about this??
