#1 make sure you take her out right after she finishes eating and stay with her so you can load on the praise and "good puppy" stuff when she does it where she's supposed to. #2 Catch her in the act of piddling/pooping on your floor... interupt her in the middle of it and carry her outside to finish up and heap on more of the "good puppy" stuff. Try really hard to NOT get angry. If you'd like her to always do her business in one area of the yard, train her inside of a hula-hoop placed on the grass and always take her to the same spot. I've never used a crate, but I hear they are great for housebreaking since they tend to not like to go where they have to sleep. Good luck! |

you have to follow her around for a few days and when she starts to sniff around take her right outside.. and take her out ofter she eats and plays.. if she is in mid squat.. still take her out...she will eventually realize where to go |

I don't know if this will help any or not, but it is what that I have always done and it has worked for me. Always take them out after they get finished eating and drinking and then take them out every 2 hours around the clock and they will pretty soon get the idea. Good Luck because puppies are always precious to keep inside with you so that you can always have them near by to love and cuddle...... |
