I totally messed her up................

Okay, we had this math contest in math class, and it was worth marks. The teacher gave us a sheet of questions and paired us up with another person and asked us to complete it. I got together with a girl name kelsey. She was pretty and I liked her. SO i tried to impress her by doing it fast and being the first one done. What I didn't know was, we were suppose to copy the questions down from the overhead, but I just flipped the page over and found these really easy questions, you know? 49+60 kindergarden stuff. We were in grade 10, and I was like "man, why's this so easy??" I didn't know the teacher gave us scrap paper and I thought i happened to get a paper with kindergarden math on it, so I thought it was what we were suppose to do. Then I just completely ignored the overhead. SO I just sat around for like fifteen minutes, while Kelsey just took a look at me from time to time. The teacher gave me a "wow, you're fast" look. Then I just looked proud, had my arms crossed.. then times up and the teacher asked us to pass it back and I proudly pass it back to another guy behind us. When she told us the anwsers and I couldn't figure out how 39+60 could equal something out of trig. So when we got back the tests..I got a big fat zero, Kelsey got three wrong out of ten. so over all, we failed. She glared at me and mutter something..and I felt SOOO stupid. I just scrunched up the paper and threw it in the garbage. but then the teacher said we had to call out what the partners got on their marks combined together. SO when she called me I just said 20 out of 20! trying to heal up the wound....then the teacher looked at me and said, "can I see it?" My heart skipped a beat and I shakely went over to the garbage can and took it out. Then I gave it to her and she read it......and she got really mad and stuff for me lying..she deducted five marks from our original mark, which is low enough already!! so in the end we only got 2 out of 20!
