The Best GHOST I Ever Had .. (come on in guys, it's real short) ... ~SpaceCase

One day after applying shampoo, I carelessly chunked the bottle back onto the rack, and left it there leaning on it's side. All of a sudden, I watched as it suddenly stood upright, as if on it's own. I rinsed and did the same with the conditioner, chunking it carelessly into the shower tote. Seconds later, it too straightened upright.

I hurriedly rinsed the conditioner out of my hair and jumped out of the shower into my robe and walked quickly away from my bathroom. I got the feeling I wasn't alone, but was puzzled by this entity's strange actions.

I soon found out I had a tidy ghost. I would leave dishes out and find them clean in the dish rack the next morning. My piles of clothes were folded neatly in personal piles and my carpets were freshly swept.

I could hardly complain about my ghostly visitor, in fact whoever it was, could stay as long as they liked, as far as I was concerned. Since my husband didn't believe in ghosts, he naturally believed that I had miraculously found my willpower, and thanked me for keeping up the house.

Then the worst thing imaginable happened...

My husband was offered a higher paying job and we had to relocate. I just knew my new found friend would not make the journey with me. Sadly, I was right and my husband wondered why the new house was always a mess...
