Hey guys,
Well as most of you know I"m Smiling_Angel and I live in Texas but that has nothing to do with this post I just figured I would let you in on that! Well I need to get in the habbit of working out again and since the gym I was going to shut down and the closest one is an hour away I bought a home weight bench and I just need to re form the habbit! If you have any ideas for work outs that I can do away from the weight bench such as sit ups or any of that please let me know I'm looking for tuns of ways to work out my whole body... But I want to try something new then make a weekly schedule using the ones that work best for me! Thanks so much for your help! Please Reply....
