I'm 5'3 14, and I think the average someone our age should wieghs 120 or 125. Last May I wanted to lose a little weight-about 7 pounds, and so what I did was not eat many sweets, have no snack when I came home from school, and bike 45 min. every single day on my mountain roads. It worked great. You have to have the excersize in there for it to really work well. Never stop eating breakfast(many girls do that), or any meal for that matter. Hope this helps. ~The Mystery~ |
