I bleached my teeth once... they were so white people kept asking if they were false lol! Your teeth probably seem bad to you but i bet other people hardly notice. If its making you unhappy then get the strips.  |

Well your teeth look bigger becauses there is no metal on it and it will take you a while to get used to. I still have a little white marks on my teeth from when I had braces years ago. Its a normal thing. *IP*  |

Baking Soda and peroxide work as good as the white strips and you can buy a lifetime supply for less than one box of white strips.  |

You know what works? I use hydrogen peroxide and baking soda every once in a while. It makes them whiter. Don't do it every day because it is very harsh on the gums. Hope this works for you. Good luck!!!!!  |
