What would you do in this situation? FroggyBaby

I have a neighbor who has a daughter that just turned 15 last Tuesday. The 15 year old's little brother came over to play with the kids Saturday and he told me that his sister just found out that she is pregnant. I said "Wow I bet you mom wanted to beat her butt!" He said "Yeah, mom did beat her butt and was going to kick her out of the house!"

Well anyways, the 15 year old pregnant child has been seeing a 20 year old guy, so naturally, I figured that he was the father. The little boy also told me that his sister is going to marry the boyfriend next year. Not my idea of the perfect thing to do, but that's just me. I never gave it another thought.

My brother in law, who also knows that family, came in the house last night and told me that he was over visiting my neighbors and that the 15 year old was telling him and 2 of my other neighbors (no one in her family) that she is actually pregnant by her STEP FATHER! I thought I would be sick when my bro in law told me that tale! I said OMG that can't be! And he said oh yes ma'am it is true, go ask the other 2 that she told. I was shocked in a way, but for some reason I was always leary about the step dad. It isn't normal that the sister and step dad send the brother out to play with the neighbor kids, while the sister and step dad lay in bed and "watch tv". But I didnt want to say anything, since the brother (who is 11 mind you) told me about them laying in bed and watching tv.

So now what do I do? I don't feel like I have enough evidence (by taking hearsay as evidence) to call the welfare and destroy someones life. I am hoping and praying that someone is lying here! What should I do?!?! I am amazed and bewildered that people are just this nastyyyyyy these days!
