It's normal to worry but not to the point where you cry every night. Don't hink too much about things that happened during your day, those things are past. But if you can't control these worries it could be some sort of anxiety disorder. You should call your regular doc and see what your doc thinks. ![]() |

awwww hun i don't know what to tell you. i have these same feelings and my friends keep on telling me to go to the doctor's. what i try to do is write/draw/speak it out....either on paper, or to a really good friend. it doesn't always work, but it may help. i wish you all the luck in the world; my thoughts are with you. much love always ![]() |

I have been through depression. It was really bad too. I would go through weeks of supper depression and then for like 2 or 3 days I would be on top of the world. Then I would be back to depressed again. Have you told your parents. I took medication and it helped a lot. Im not on it anymore. I was on it for a year and now I am happy and positive and love life. I never thought that was possible. ![]() |
