Worthlessness

Yes, some of us had experienced wothlessness sometime or another, but yesh... how about feeling it everyday? I can't even get a good night's sleep with all the worries and depressing thoughts I get late at night. Everything bad that happens to me in the day, in classes, I remember all of them at night and cry and cry. After a period of depression, I feel happy and good, it's just a feeling that comes over me. What could this mean? Shouldn't I still be upset? Those are my two questions. Thanks. =)

Don't hink too much about things that happened during your day, those things are past. But if you can't control these worries it could be some sort of anxiety disorder. You should call your regular doc and see what your doc thinks.

Date: 9/13/2002 1:41:00 PM  From Authorid: 20104    I have been through depression. It was really bad too. I would go through weeks of supper depression and then for like 2 or 3 days I would be on top of the world. Then I would be back to depressed again. Have you told your parents. I took medication and it helped a lot. Im not on it anymore. I was on it for a year and now I am happy and positive and love life. I never thought that was possible.
