Its not very big at all, I want it about the size of the Tarot card its self. and IMO its pretty tasteful, its a heart with 3 swords through it, and a dragon holding one of the swords.  |

I don't mind if women get tattoos. heck i have one on my ankle.....But I do think very few women can pull off the 'upper arm' tattoo look....jmo!  good luck in picking your design and such!  |

I've no problem with girls with tattoos. They can be very attractive... or downright ugly. If they used good practictioners and didn't get hepatitis B through dirty needles then great. I like the nice tattoos, not the ugly aggressive ones... and I don't like too many. I don't like facial ones either. Fortunately there's not too many of those around. I like flowers and butterflies, but not too big. Guess I'm old fashioned... One piece of advice, don't get one unless you are prepared to show it even when you're 70 - Coolade  |

I think that women having tatoos anywhere on their arms or hands is disgusting and it looks manly. My feeling about tattoos on women they should only go on the stomach and hip area...the cleavage area, anke and shoulder blades. Anywhere else to me is just reminds me of looking at a man with them all over their arms, necks, and hands.......ICK!!  |

i think tattoos look nice as long as they are done tastefully. Personally i dont like the look of big tattoos on girls, but i guess its up to the individual. I have a small tattoo of a rose on my hip. Its femine and tasteful, i love it but i guess some may not  |

Tattoos are great provided tey are done right... make sure it is what you want... see you if you can get a temporary henna transfer for a few weeks first... that way you know you won't get sick of it right away  |

I had a graphic artist do mine...its a dolphin circling the earth on a wave...tatoos are a way of expressing what's inside on the outside...look for a classy place,you get what you pay for and it really doesn't even hurt...good luck..let us know when you get it.  |

It's just a matter of personal taste. For me, I won't get a tatoo. If I look at my life, if I had gotten a tatoo at any point, five years later I would probably not have felt that it expressed who I was any longer. You may like the tarrot card now, will you still like it in five or ten years? I know that what I thought was cool when I was 14-15, I wouldn't have wanted stuck on my body when I was in my twenty's. Things that I might have thought were great when I was in my twentys I don't think I would want now. I continue to grow and evolve as a person and for that reason, no tatoos for me. Also, just for your info, I saw a pole on the internet with like 30,000 people responding. Sixty five percent of the people responding said they considered a tatoo as a definite turnoff and they wouldn't date a person with a tatoo. It was an internet pole so I think it would be biased towards a younger crowd. The question I would ask myseld if I were in your position, do I want to mark my body such that more than 6 out of 10 guys wouldn't want to date me?
But as I said before, it is just a matter or personal taste. It seems to be more and more popular although now, I'm seeing more and more people with multiple tatoos.
Also, if you are going to get one, be sure to check out the artists other work. Some are true artists, others are just not as good. I would definitely not want something of poor quality on my bod.  |

ok all these people dissin tatoos let me tell ya something its an expression and if a guy chooses not to date you bc of what on your outside ie tatoos then he really isnt interested bc hes not considering the outside i have two tats one on ankle and one on lower small of the back my gf has one on her arm that says momma tried no she not my lover my gf meanin my friend so i say go for it girl dont let these fools talk you out of it if they look at the outside and run bc of tatoos they didnt really care for what was on the inside just remember to pick something that when your 40 youll still like lol sends lots of luck whitesnowbunny |
