Well the story goes. I have this good friend and she asked me to be a witness in her wedding. A childhood friend of hers I guess didnt like that. They have been friends for a long time, but she went out of town that weekend. Well every since the wedding she has not talked to my friend up until today. She e-mailed her. She was very nasty and she also voiced jealousy. Now I tell you I was only asked to do this because she was going to be out of town. At least thats what I guess. Now her husband talked to this girl and he agreed that she should have been in the wedding instead of me. Now let me tell you how much that hurts me. Now my friend and this girl are no longer friends over this. I feel it's all my fault because obviously I shouldnt have been the witness at their wedding. On top of her hurt right now I dont want to express how much this is bothering me. Do you think that I'm over reacting? Should I just keep my feelings to myself?

Date: 9/10/2002 9:12:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 58416    I agree but it's the other girl who wants nothing to do with my friend. It's absolutely ridiculous. I'm just so sad for her right now.
Date: 9/10/2002 11:50:00 PM  From Authorid: 20956    You should not feel bad at all!! Obviously your friend wanted you in her wedding, if she REALLY wanted her childhood friend there instead she would have arranged something else. Dont feel bad, you have no need. Leave it for you friend and her friend to sort out. As for what her husband said, he was probably just trying to patch things up with the childhood friend. Dont take offense to it
