well this has not much to do with this, you are probably correct about the lawsuit though. anyways, If I die, Ive told my family to donate my organs and turn me to ashes so I dont take up space on the earth. then, I want my ashes put somewhere cool. Like the top of the empire state building, so I could be struck by lightning and it wouldnt even hurt. plus my ghost would have the best seat in the house. Or they can just use my ashes as fertilizer, whatever.  |

Well I doubt there would be a lawsuit considering that there is only a short period of time to remove organs pack them and ship them to a donor. Well that is provided no one dies from it that received a transplant. Let's just put it this way. People stay on a donor list for sometimes YEARS waiting for a match. Without those organs those people probably wouldn't have lived much longer. West Nile tends to only be deadly in people over 50. Other than that it's just like having cold syptoms. There have probably been thousands upon thousands of people that have been infected with it and had no clue because they thought they had a little cold. If these people were to sue, they are truly pathetic, they should be grateful this woman was a donor and gave them another chance at life, instead of looking for some way to get rich...  |
