oh geez! I woke up this morning and my muscles are sore. Like, my suspision is that it is from going up and down so many steps for school, but i could be just from walking or who knows what. My muscles are still sore and well, i just wanna know if there's a way, how can you like make them not sore? Well, i think it's a sign that i need to work out more, which i will but i dont want to be sore for much longer! is there any way at all to make them not sore anymore?
