Great Post Hawk and it's nice to see AZ and Jungabel being recognized for their efforts ...M'Lady thought I was spending too much time in the Proverbial "Back Room" most days from 5am to 9 or 10pm,so she asked AZ and Jungabel to help LOL LOL...Checking Posts and Comments are a Joy for me and I believe since I am kind of the "New Admin On The Block" it is the least I can do ...I must Point out however that checking Posts and Comments are a Joint effort of All the Admins...I don't have Young Children at Home nor am I working right now so I have the Luxury of being here 14 to 16 hours a day ...I think AZ and Jungabel will definately be an assett to USM and I Thank You for this Sweet Post!!!...GOD Bless,I Remain In Spirit,Heart And Soul,  |

If you ask me (which you didn't, but I'll tell ya anyways, gotta love this freedom of speech stuff!) it seems to me that Az is being "picked on". Sure, it's masked with heavy sarcasm, but the jagged edge is still there...so, I guess the question is, why? If you think she deleted something that should not have been deleted, why not take it up with her? I think that everyone who has been bestowed with responsiblities on this site, have been new, and have had to feel their way around...so why not give her a chance?  |

Sometimes it is our decision to allow a time to train and break-in our new assistants before they are in the public realm, as such. Hawk, I'm sure you know first hand the pressures that this type of position can bring to bear. |

This is just a brand new idea that George and I had concerning site monitors and we would have rather given it a little time to see if it works out or not. There were reasons behind us not putting the new site monitors on the FAQ page. These are not secret monitors, however I did hope that they could have a week or two to acclimate to this new position we had just opened up. |

I wasn't aware of the new system. This post http://unsolvedmysteries.com/usm253215.html was put up a couple days (3 at the most) after my name was in the faq under monitors. I didn't know it wasn't supposed to be posted by no one other than you and Admin 1 either. After all, the post congratulating me was not done by you or Admin 1. I'm not questioning methods here. No one on this post said anything about them being secret either. Maybe you said that so no one would draw conclusions or so that if conclusions were drawn they would be dismissed? I guess it doesn't really matter. I didn't break any rules, but I sure have caught a lot of flack for this post. (I am not speaking of you Admin 2). |
