NOTHING will make it go away unless you get, like, your uterus removed or something! |

No Sarah...the surgery that prevents women from having babies is when the Fallopian tubes get "tied" so an egg cannot travel to the uterus or even be fertilized. This will not make periods stop. It is a natural process for the uterus to keep rebuilding the blood and tissue lining each month in preparation for a growing baby...and when there is no egg to feed off the lining then the lining is discharged as yoru period. Lol, dont' ask me HOW I know this stuff |

go on birth control. ive never had the problem you do, but something like orthotricyclin will control it. That's what I'm on and it makes your period only last about three days instead of 5 to 7. It's not THAT uncommon that girls your age go on the pill to control their periods. I had a friend in high school that had to. Go to the doctor and talk to her about it. |

I agree with Telsha, my mom put me on the pill at 14 because I had really bad cramps and mine would last for a heavy seven days. Now I am lite for about 3 days and the cramping is much better. Skeptic Angel |

have you MISSED any if you miss some they tend to build up you can try the "tampon" what you can wear while swimming.. and a to let you know a HYTERECTOMY is when they actually TAKE OUT the reproductive system where you no longer are able to carry a child or have a "monthly visitor" you don't need to get that done.. you system unfortunately is clearing it's self out you won't need surgary you just got to let it flow until it doesn't want to flow anymore....your other option is birth control pills what will control your flow.. but if you ever go off them you may have this problem again... i've had mine for about 2 months once..... i've gone without them for like 5 months once... the doc can't find anything wrong.. you are young they are very often irregular when you are young |
