I live in Kentucky and I was stung by one that had made it's way into my bathroom in my junior year in highschool. They said it wasn't severely poisonous and they game me a shot of some kind. I'm not sure what else would help.  |

OUch I hate scorpians,There are lots of them out here I found 5 the othere day under one burn barrel. a couple under a lawn mower almost any thing i pick up it seems there are at least to of them , Im sure there are some in the house to but i have been lucky and not got bit by one,I dont know what can help you though sorry  |

KC, well last time, i had gotten a shot, and had to take tylenol with codine, and bynadryl. but this time, i'm not having the same reaction to it. if it still bothers me in a couple of days, im going to go to the doc. Maddog, yah, we see them everywhere around here, but for some reason, i'm the only one they attack  how rude! hehe...we gotta spray our house again, that should be fun!  |

Buffy, i know, that's what i don't understand. but maybe it's because when it happened this time, i woke up right as it had happened. and we immediatly put stuff on it, so it didn't have time to set into my body....i'm not sure....i just know that, it was a mean thing for the stupid thing to do ....lol! |

oh geeze hmmmm I woulda gone to the doctor. I do have a funny story though. how long ago was it....hmmmmmmmmm thanksgiving 2000...we had this reunion in texas at my aunts and their ALWAYS saying 'check the beds before you get in them' in case there is a scorpion there. WELL I could HARDLY walk when we were down there because of the TOUGH new workout my coach had put us through. Muscles I didn't know existed HURT....my cousin said I looked like a pregant woman when I would get up from seats. and I did this 1..2..3... fall into chairs...LOL well our first night there I just crawled into bed less than a minute later mom comes in the room the lights are out and she's getting ready to hop in 'Beck, did ya check the bed for scorpions?' mind you I can't move I hurt so bad.....I'm OUT of that bed in less than a second and out INTO the hall freaking out.....here's mom literally rolling on the floor LAUGHING at me everyone comes to see what was going on and by the time mom spills it their cracking up too! geeze some people lol  |

Though it might have seemed different to the last time you got a bite, I'd be very careful hun and if it happens again go seek help, having an allergic reaction can be deadly sometimes...*hugs*  |
