How about getting off of the internet!!!!! LOL Just kidding with you.Actually I was going to suggest the same thing You Choose did. Try a warm shower and have some soothing calm music. Make sure it is not the type of music that makes you wanna dnace and make sure it isn't loud otherwise you won't be able to sleep. |
